From what age (and weight) can I use the carrier?
From birth — 7 lbs — using the horizontal newborn hold with the built-in head and neck support, all the way to about 35 lbs (roughly age three).
What are the 6 carrying positions?
Newborn horizontal, front inward-facing, front outward-facing, standalone hipseat, hipseat + back panel, and back carry. The back panel detaches so the hipseat works alone for quick toddler up-and-downs.
Is it safe for my baby's hips?
Yes. The seat holds your baby in the ergonomic M-position recommended for healthy hip development, and the carrier is CPSIA/EN safety tested.
Will it fit both me and my partner?
The straps and waist belt adjust in seconds to fit different body types — mom, dad, and grandparents can share one carrier.
Will my back hurt?
That's the whole point — it shouldn't. The padded hip belt transfers most of your baby's weight to your hips instead of your shoulders and spine, so you can carry comfortably for hours.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and air dry. The fabric is breathable and quick-drying.
