100-Night Home Trial

Babies don't do showroom demos. Wear your Wearabe carrier around the house, take it to the store, try every position — you have 100 nights from delivery to decide if it's right for your family.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@wearabe.com with your order number any time within 100 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
  3. Drop the package off with the carrier. That's it.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the carrier.
  • No restocking fees, no questions asked.
  • Washed it? Baby spit up on it? Normal use is completely fine. We only ask that all parts (hipseat, back panel, head support) come back together.

Exchanges

Need a replacement part or a different option? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your carrier arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us right away — we'll replace it free of charge. Every carrier is also covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in buckles, stitching, zippers, and straps.
