- Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your carrier leaves the warehouse.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
100-Night Home Trial
Babies don't do showroom demos. Wear it around the house, take it to the store, try every position — you have 100 nights from delivery to decide.
If it's not the right fit for your family, we'll take it back for a full refund. No restocking fees, no interrogation.
Returns & Refunds
- Start a return any time within 100 days of delivery by emailing support@wearabe.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the carrier.
- Washed it? Baby spit up on it? That's what it's for — normal use is fine. We just ask that all parts (hipseat, back panel, head support) come back together.
Warranty
Every carrier is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — buckles, stitching, zippers, and straps. If something fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free.
